This paper briefly describes the hidden dangers that the runner dehumidifier must pay attention to, and the application of mechanical equipment has risks, except the application of runner dehumidifier. Therefore, good maintenance and preventive measures should be taken to ensure that the application and characteristics of mechanical equipment are brought into full play and reasonably prolong the service life.

1. Avoid overheating and overpressure: during the adjustment of steam boiler valves, the ignition adjustment shall be improved to avoid overpressure accidents; When the power switch bypasses and stops the refueling gun, it is necessary to ensure stable working pressure. The standard of bypass regulation is: the small opening on the high side shall ensure that the reheater does not overheat, and the small opening on the low side shall ensure that the reheater does not overheat; In order to avoid accidental overpressure in the whole valve regulation process of gas-fired steam boiler, PCV (i.e. magnetic induction release valve) shall ensure reliable manual power switch.

2. Avoid steam leakage: strengthen on-site inspection and pay attention to the tightness of welds, handholes, manholes and flanges of runner dehumidifier.

3. Avoid uneven bearing capacity of seismic support: during the whole process of temperature rise and pressure rise, send full-time personnel to check the bearing capacity of seismic support. If the bearing capacity of the seismic bearing is found to be uneven or abnormal relative to the mechanical equipment (such as large vibration), it shall be adjusted immediately.

4. Avoid excessive steam inlet when the runner dehumidifier: the valve of the reheater shall always be implemented. The steam turbine generator unit shall invest funds in the braking equipment and clamp the check valve of the exhaust pipe of the pressure cylinder to avoid excessive steam inlet of the heating furnace due to improper closing of the valve.

5. Common problems on site: adjust the address, the lighting lamps shall be sufficient, and the road surface shall be flat to avoid steam ejection after the valve attitude. Irrelevant personnel are not allowed to stay;

6. There is a reliable and convenient communication system between the rotary kiln and the control room to keep in touch. Various personnel should cooperate closely and obey the command.

Because the risk of the runner dehumidifier is very serious, the actual operators should pay special attention to observation, ensure the normal use of mechanical equipment, and check the mechanical equipment on time. Once a common fault occurs, it shall be handled immediately to avoid endangering the utilization rate of machinery and equipment.
